Within hotel walls, AI chatbots are becoming virtual concierges enhancing the guest experience. Edwardian Hotels London uses a bot named Edward to recommend local sights, book spa appointments, explain WiFi and more.

Cosmopolitan Las Vegas offers a chatbot to help guests navigate its massive 3,000+ room complex. Thailand hospitality giant Onyx Hospitality Group has introduced the OZO AI-Bot for properties across Asia.

By fielding routine guest queries, bots enable hotel staff to focus on providing personal service during stays. Additionally, conversational AI never sleeps, ensuring round-the-clock assistance.
